Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To start a return, please contact our support team at alexanna1998@aol.com with your order number, the reason for return, and a photo (if applicable). Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end (e.g. damaged or incorrect item).
